Credit for contributions made to Enterprise Zone Contribution Projects:
A taxpayer who makes a contribution to an approved Enterprise Zone contribution project may claim a state tax credit: 25% for cash donations;12.5% for in-kind donations. To claim these credits, indicate to the individual contribution project that you wish to have Enterprise Zone credit for your donation at the time you make your donation. The project will process a certification form, have it signed by the Mesa County Enterprise Zone administrator, and return the form to you.

When you receive the completed form from your chosen contribution project, you file this form with your Colorado income tax forms.
