Occupying five buildings with about
60,000 square feet of office/light manufacturing space
as well as a commercial kitchen, the Incubator Campus
offers quality rental facilities for new and developing
small businesses.
The Business Incubator Center is located
at 2591 B ¾ Road near the U.S. Department of
Energy on Orchard Mesa.
Since its inception in 1987 the Incubator
has hosted a total of 151 companies. Historically, 80
percent of our Client Companies are still in business
