I grew up on a ranch in Arizona and love life in Grand Junction and Western Colorado. My life is mostly in accounting – my profession is in real estate. I like working with investors and helping clients with identifying property, financing, management, & improving their portfolio.
Business is the heartbeat of our country. I am currently serving on the Board at the Grand Junction Chamber. The Chamber represents 1,000 businesses. It is a pleasure to volunteer in any way possible to support these business owners. I testify as appropriate before planning commissions and municipalities on behalf of start up and expanding businesses. I serve as a chairperson of Government Affairs for Grand Junction Realtors. Politics is always at the top of my list.
I volunteer at the Grand Junction SBDC because it is interesting to meet entrepreneurs with great new ideas - to determine where they are in the planning process of their start up business expansion. In real estate, business coaching is a big part of what I do. I like using these skills at the Business Incubator Center.
